Position Overview

The Data Encoder for Warehouse and Inventory is responsible for accurately recording, updating, and maintaining warehouse and inventory data in the company’s systems. This role ensures that all stock movements, deliveries, and transactions are properly documented to support efficient warehouse operations and reliable inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Encode and update warehouse and inventory records in the company database.
  • Maintain accuracy of stock levels by recording receipts, issuances, transfers, and adjustments.
  • Verify documents such as delivery receipts, purchase orders, and stock cards before encoding.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to reconcile physical counts with system records.
  • Assist in monitoring stock movements to prevent discrepancies and shortages.
  • Safeguard the confidentiality and integrity of company data.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Head.

Qualifications

  • At least a vocational course, associate degree, or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and inventory management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in warehouse or inventory encoding is an advantage.

Work Conditions

  • Based in the warehouse/inventory department of Pioneer Truck Parts and Equipment Corporation in G. Araneta, Quezon City
  • Full-time position with standard working hours.
  • May require occasional overtime during inventory audits or peak operations.
