Job Summary
We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our growing team as Data Research Associates. This is a 100% Work From Home opportunity suitable for fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
The role involves researching, verifying, and processing information from documents and online sources while maintaining high standards of accuracy and productivity. Training will be provided at the beginning of the job.
Job Responsibilities
- Receive documents, images, files, and requests from clients through designated systems.
- Review, extract, verify, and research information based on client requirements.
- Enter and maintain accurate data in client systems.
- Ensure work quality and productivity targets are achieved.
- Prepare daily work updates and report issues to the Team Leader when necessary.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Team Leader.
Job Requirements
- Must have your own laptop/PC and a stable internet connection.
- High school, vocational school, or college graduates are welcome to apply.
- Non-IT majors are preferred. Candidates with IT majors are not eligible for this position.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in online property document search, data research, data entry, or related back-office/KPO operations are an advantage.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with internet browsing.
- Basic English reading and comprehension skills.
- Hardworking, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and willing to grow.
- Training will be provided at the beginning of the job.
