About the role

We are searching for a detail-oriented Data Encoder to join our team. This full-time position is based in San Fernando, Pampanga, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining and updating our company's databases and records. As a Data Encoder, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, processing, and managing a wide range of data to support the smooth operation of our organization.

What you'll be doing

  • Accurately input data from various sources into our company's spreadsheets
  • Proofread and verify the accuracy of data entered to ensure high quality and integrity
  • Maintain and organize digital and physical records in an efficient and accessible manner
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a Data Encoder or in a similar data management role
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
