Responsibilities:
- Coordinate bookings with clients for air freight and sea freight shipments
- Monitor and ensure on-time delivery of cargo
- Prepare, check, and manage all documents required for customs clearance
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs laws, and import/export procedures
- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, brokers, and trucking providers regarding shipment status
- Handle import and export documents such as Bill of Lading, Airway Bill, Packing List, and Commercial Invoice
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to clients
- Resolve shipment and documentation issues efficiently
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Customs Administration, Logistics, Business Administration, or related course
- 1–2 years of preferred experience in IMPEX, logistics, or freight forwarding
- Knowledgeable in import/export documentation and customs clearance processes
- Familiar with air freight and sea freight operations
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and email correspondence
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
