Full job description

We are looking for a Customs Processor to join our growing operations team in Cebu. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth and compliant import/export processing, handling customs documentation, coordinating with government agencies, and supporting overall customs clearance operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Classify goods using correct HS Codes
  • Prepare and process import/export documents
  • Handle customs clearance and declaration filing
  • Compute duties, taxes, and related charges
  • Process permits and documents such as BPI, BAI, FDA, ATRIG, and COO
  • Coordinate with shipping lines, warehouses, and government agencies
  • Monitor shipment and truck arrivals
  • Liquidate processing expenses and maintain proper records
  • Represent the company during physical examinations and inspections
  • Coordinate with clients, carriers, freight forwarders, and internal operations team
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Customs Administration
  • Preferably Licensed Customs Broker
  • At least 4 years of experience in customs clearance
  • Familiar with VASP platforms (E-Konek, CDEC, Intercommerce, ETRACC)
  • WITH BOC Exposure
  • Proficient in MS Office applications

Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
