Full job description
We are looking for a Flight Booking Online Assistant to handle flight reservation tasks through online systems. This is a pure non-voice role—no phone calls involved. The position is ideal for freshers or candidates with no prior experience, as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with flight bookings, modifications, and cancellations via chat/email systems
- Enter and update passenger and booking details accurately
- Check flight availability, fares, and schedules using online tools
- Resolve basic customer queries related to bookings
- Maintain data accuracy and follow standard operating procedures
Job Requirements
- No prior experience required (freshers welcome)
- Basic computer knowledge and internet navigation skills
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Good typing speed and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Skills Preferred
- Basic knowledge of online booking platforms (training provided)
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a non-voice environment
