HIRING: CSR / Dispatcher

We're looking for a highly organized CSR / Dispatcher who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can keep operations running smoothly while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Home Services industry experience required (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Construction or similar)
  • Dispatching and scheduling experience
  • Experience handling customer phone calls
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to coordinate with customers, technicians, vendors, and subcontractors
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and dispatch installation teams
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the installation process
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer communications
  • Coordinate schedules with technicians, vendors, and subcontractors
  • Process permits, equipment warranties, and project documentation
  • Maintain accurate customer and project records
  • Assist with resolving scheduling conflicts and customer concerns
  • Support daily operations and ensure projects stay on track

This is NOT a cold-calling or telemarketing position. You’ll be speaking with existing leads and customers to coordinate appointments, confirmations, and follow-ups.
