We're looking for a highly organized CSR / Dispatcher who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can keep operations running smoothly while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements:
- Home Services industry experience required (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Construction or similar)
- Dispatching and scheduling experience
- Experience handling customer phone calls
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to coordinate with customers, technicians, vendors, and subcontractors
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and dispatch installation teams
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the installation process
- Handle inbound and outbound customer communications
- Coordinate schedules with technicians, vendors, and subcontractors
- Process permits, equipment warranties, and project documentation
- Maintain accurate customer and project records
- Assist with resolving scheduling conflicts and customer concerns
- Support daily operations and ensure projects stay on track
This is NOT a cold-calling or telemarketing position. You’ll be speaking with existing leads and customers to coordinate appointments, confirmations, and follow-ups.
