Job Overview

As a Social Media - Content Moderator, you play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of online platforms by ensuring that all content complies with established policies, procedures, and quality standards. Your responsibilities include monitoring and evaluating user-generated content, approving appropriate submissions, and flagging or escalating content that violates program guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must score B2 or Level 8 on the English Proficiency Assessment
  • At least an Old Curriculum/High School Graduate
  • Ability to work in a non-scripted environment
  • Proficient in MS Office and Internet browsing
  • Amenable to work in shifting schedule, weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to work on-site in Ortigas, Pasig City
