CSR – Claims & Insurance

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist customers with insurance claims, policies, coverage, and account concerns.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and claims-related concerns.
  • Assist with claim filing and documentation.
  • Provide claim status updates and explain procedures.
  • Coordinate with claims teams and insurance providers.
  • Maintain accurate customer and claim records.
  • Resolve concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when needed.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of customer service, BPO, healthcare, insurance, or claims experience preferred.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
