TRACK A · NO BPO EXPERIENCE

  • College graduate of a Medical or Healthcare-related course (e.g., Psychology, Medical Technology, Nursing, Pharmacy, Allied Health Sciences, or related fields).
  • Fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome to apply.
  • Prior BPO experience is not required.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills are preferred.
  • Willing to work fully on-site and amenable to graveyard/night shift for an international account.

TRACK B · WITH BPO EXPERIENCE

  • BPO experience is accepted even if not healthcare- or medical related.
  • Senior High School graduates: at least 1 year of international BPO/CSR experience.
  • College undergraduates (2nd–3rd year): at least 6 months of relevant work experience.
  • Healthcare/BPO background is an advantage, but not required if experience criteria are met.
  • Willing to work fully on-site and amenable to graveyard/night shift for an international account.
