· Reports to the Head Chef and Restaurant Manager

· Starts the day by assisting the chef in preparing food for staff meal and other functions.

· Knowledgeable about the menu to be served during the day including ingredients,

· portion size and allergens

· Knowledgeable about the company policies regarding staff meal services availment, time

· of meal service and cut off

· Start the day by cleaning and sanitizing all worktables, floors and checking logs and

· records

· Must know the different kinds of chemical used in the kitchen

· Cleans all dining ware used during the day and must know how to operate the

· dishwashing machine

· Reports all possible repairs and damages immediately to the head chef or manager

· Must know how to fill out the logs and records used inside the kitchen

· Knowledge in food preparation is a plus

· Performs other related jobs that may be assigned from time to time.

· Learn how to deal with team differences and treat each team member with utmost

· courtesy and respect.

· Learn how to handle criticism and challenges with open heart and mind and know that

· there is always something to learn from each situation.

· Always keep workspace organized and tidy and observe the 5S

· Always observe proper office decorum, focus on work and be friendly and kind to team
