General Responsibilities

Responsible in ensuring that documentation requirements of seafarers are complete and in compliance to the STCW, customer and company requirements and assist crew in their deployment.

Specific Responsibilities

• Arrange and prepare crew DMW employment contract
• Responsible in Checking of crew documents endorsed by Crewing Manager against checklist.
• Checked and prepare crew documents based on Principal requirements thru OCEANIS – TASK LIST (Principal forms, Allotment, Statement of Non-Payment of Fees, Info Sheet, RPS, OEC.
• Prepare OTR sending the same to WIMAS for crew In-house training schedule.
• Monitor and update On Prep Checklist in OCEANIS database.
• Checks the completeness and validity of documents submitted by crew
• Update the company system based on crew personal information and other necessary requirements.
• Responsible in tagging the tasks to be completed in the system.
• Ensuring that Principal Training Matrix are complied, and complete prior crew dispatched.
• Prepare and provide complete requirements for visa application and endorsed to LAPD for processing.
• Prepare Master’s envelope
• Prepare and update deployment report
• Request for crew working gear via email address to Emporium supplier.
• Checked the crew ORIGINAL documents against encode and uploaded crew documents in the system.
• Responsible in printing out the embarkation documents delivery receipt on OCEANIS database to ensure completeness to crew documents prior dispatched.
• Responsible for the proper implementation pertaining to quality of work in compliance with ISO 9001 and 14001:2015 standard.
• Accomplish other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
