Position: Credit Verified / Underwriting (Entry-Level)
Location: McKinley, Taguig
Salary: ₱20,000/month
Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:

The Credit Validator is responsible for verifying customer information, assessing credit applications, and ensuring accuracy of submitted data. This role supports the credit evaluation process by conducting background checks and validating applicant details.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify customer personal and financial information through calls and system checks
• Validate employment, income, and other submitted documents
• Conduct background and credit checks based on company guidelines
• Coordinate with applicants and internal teams for missing or incomplete data
• Ensure all information is accurate before endorsement for approval
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer data
• Meet daily validation and productivity targets

Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate (Senior High or College level preferred)
• With or without experience (fresh grads are welcome)
• Good communication skills (English and/or Filipino)
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Basic computer skills
• Willing to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig
• Willing to work Monday to Saturday schedule

Preferred (but not required):

• Experience in BPO, lending, or financial accounts
• Background in verification, collections, or customer service
