Full job description

A. Job Summary

Primarily responsible for generating reports pertaining to the establishment, renewal, amendments and increase of credit facilities for prospective and existing clients, in conformity with the company’s established credit policy and standards.

B. Duties and Responsibilities

· Exercise proper judgement and due diligence in the evaluation of borrower/s by utilizing and validating all available information gathered through client submitted documents, plant visits, customer interviews, trade checking, reference checking, industry evaluation among others.

· Evaluate historical financial performance of borrower/s through submitted Audited Financial Statements.

· Evaluate the credit character of the borrower/s through credit and trade checking; gathered from credit investigation agencies such as BAP Credit Bureau, CIBI, as well as from customers and suppliers of the applicants.

· Establish and measure the borrower/s debt service capacity through the preparation of financial projections under valid and conservative assumptions.

· Determine the different types of risks associated with borrower/s in order to properly evaluate the Borrower’s Risk Rating (BRR) score, appropriate pricing / line amount / term / security / collateral cover and other conditions.

· Perform annual credit evaluation on existing borrower/s financial performance and updates in the operations of the borrower, in order to safeguard the company’s risk position.

· Perform other ad hoc tasks and functions that may be assigned from time to time.

C. Job Qualifications

· Graduate of a 4 years College Degree preferably in the fields related to Banking and Finance / Economics / Accounting / Management / Business

· Preferably familiar with credit and financial concepts, procedures, and processes typically used in banking and finance.

· Analytical and with keen attention to details.

· Strong working knowledge of MS Office.

· Excellent English communications skills both Written and Oral.

· Pro-active, has a positive work attitude and strong work ethics.

· Team player but can work with minimum supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php53,000.00 per month
