Full job description

Koruna Assist Back Office Solution Inc.

Working Hours: Regular Hours, Mondays- Fridays, 7 AM-4 PM (Fixed day shift and weekends off)

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in mortgage broking, lending, or credit support
  • Confident understanding of residential home loan credit policy
  • Experience using ApplyOnline and/or aggregator platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Comfortable working autonomously and managing multiple files simultaneously
  • Bonus: Previous experience working with an Australian mortgage broker

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collect and review supporting documents from clients (payslips, ID, bank statements, etc.)
  • Perform servicing calculations and structure deals based on client objectives and lender policy
  • Research policy across multiple lenders using online tools and policy guides
  • Complete applications in ApplyOnline and CRM platforms (Mercury, MyCRM or similar)
  • Package applications for broker review prior to submission
  • Track progress from submission to settlement and follow up as needed with lenders, solicitors, and clients
  • Maintain detailed CRM notes and file accuracy
  • Liaise with the SFP team daily via Slack, Zoom, and internal project trackers
