Full job description

The Inventory Control Analyst safeguards inventory accuracy, transaction integrity, and physical count discipline across stores, commissary, warehouses, and support units. The role is the front-line monitor of inventory movement compliance and SAP transaction integrity, surfacing variances, control gaps, and loss drivers early enough for the business to act.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Monitor inventory transactions and movement compliance across all locations
  • Ensure timely, accurate inventory postings in SAP Business One
  • Assist in planning and executing monthly and periodic counts
  • Reconcile physical count balances against SAP
  • Monitor shrinkage, spoilage, wastage, breakages, and losses
  • Prepare inventory dashboards and management reports
  • Support implementation of inventory policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Education — Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, IndustrialEngineering, Supply Chain, or related field. CPA is an advantage but not required.
  • Experience — 2–5 years in Inventory Control, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, Audit, Warehouse Operations, or Supply Chain. Restaurant, food manufacturing, retail, FMCG, or distribution experience preferred. SAP Business One(or comparable ERP) experience preferred.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
