Job Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and community-driven CSR Events Specialist to lead the planning and execution of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs, outreach activities, and community engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating events, managing partnerships with external organizations, and ensuring the successful implementation of projects that create positive social impact while strengthening the company's community presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute CSR events, outreach programs, charity drives, and volunteer activities.
• Coordinate with NGOs, local communities, schools, government agencies, and partner organizations.
• Manage event logistics, including venue arrangements, transportation, permits, materials, and volunteer coordination.
• Develop event proposals, budgets, timelines, and post-event evaluation reports.
• Recruit, organize, and supervise employee volunteers during CSR activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
• Monitor project implementation and ensure objectives, timelines, and budgets are met.
• Document CSR initiatives through photos, videos, testimonials, and reports.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams to promote CSR programs through social media and internal communications.
• Prepare presentations and impact reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and local regulations during events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Community Development, Social Work, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in CSR, community outreach, event management, public relations, or project coordination.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience handling multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in content creation, photography, videography, or social media management is an advantage.
• Willing to travel and attend community activities when required.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with NGOs, foundations, educational institutions, or government organizations.
• Background in volunteer management, sponsorship coordination, or fundraising initiatives.
• Knowledge of CSR programs, sustainability projects, and community engagement strategies.
