QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Trainer who can develop employees’ skills, improve performance, and conduct engaging training sessions for different departments. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in facilitating training, and the ability to create effective learning materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop training materials, presentations, and activities for english communication and receptionist
- Assess training needs and identify skill gaps
- Monitor employee progress and training effectiveness
- Provide coaching, feedback, and performance support
- Create engaging and interactive learning experiences
- Proven experience as a Trainer, Learning & Development Officer, or similar role
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Experience in BPO, Virtual Assistance, Customer Service, or Corporate Training is an advantage
- Knowledge in creating training modules and assessments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and online meeting platforms
- Can handle different personalities and learning styles
- Creative, organized, and proactive
TUESDAY TO FRIDAY
BASIC SALARY: 20K PER MONTH, PAY WEEKLY
Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
