Job Summary

Responsible for preparing, portioning, and crafting dimsum products while maintaining quality, consistency, and food safety standards.

Location: Nuvali, Laguna

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare fillings, dough, and ingredients for dimsum production
  • Shape and assemble dimsum items according to established recipes and specifications
  • Handle products such as Siomai, Hakaw, Xiao Long Bao, Dumplings, and other specialty dimsum
  • Ensure consistency in size, appearance, and quality of products
  • Monitor ingredient freshness and proper storage
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, utensils, and equipment
  • Support daily kitchen production and meet target output requirements
  • Follow food safety and quality control procedures

Qualifications

  • At least high school graduate
  • Must have experience or working knowledge in making and wrapping dimsum
  • Familiar with different dimsum folding and sealing techniques
  • Experience in a restaurant, commissary, bakery, or food production environment is an advantage
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
  • Detail-oriented and quality-focused
  • Physically capable of handling kitchen production tasks
  • Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
