Full job description

We are looking for a Line Cook who is passionate about cooking, food preparation, follows kitchen standard, maintain sanitation and cleanliness and works efficiently during busy hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards.
  • Ensure all orders are prepared accurately and meet guest expectations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
  • Monitor and manage kitchen inventory, restocking supplies as needed.
  • Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Ensure all food items are prepared to the highest quality standards.
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment

Skills:

  • Proficiency in cooking techniques and food preparation.
  • Ensure accuracy in food preparation and presentation.
  • Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to manage time effectively to ensure timely preparation of dishes.
  • Ability to handle kitchen challenges and solve problems quickly.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a culinary course / Highschool graduate / College level or with at least 1 year of related experience in a casual dining restaurant
  • Experience: Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a professional kitchen, with specific experience as a line cook.
  • Amenable to work on a shifting schedule (including holidays, weekends, and night shift schedules)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php24,000.00 per month
