Be a part of the pioneering team of our Tonkatsu Restaurant Branch!

Passionate about cooking and ready to grow your culinary career? Join our team as a Cook and support the Head Cook in delivering exceptional Tonkatsu dishes while maintaining an efficient and organized kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

· Key Responsibilities

  • In-charge of the daily kitchen operations.
  • Prepare and cook food according to company recipes and quality standards.
  • Ensure ingredients are properly prepared, stored, and replenished.
  • Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards in the kitchen.
  • Monitor food quality and portion consistency.
  • Assist in inventory control and stock management.
  • Supervise kitchen staff in the absence of the Head Cook.
  • Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.

Job Requirement/Qualification

  • Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Culinary or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a Cook, Sous Cook, Line Cook, or similar kitchen role.
  • Experience in Japanese cuisine is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of food preparation, food safety, and sanitation practices.
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • With Japanese Resto experience is an advantage.
  • Must be available to start ASAP.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php32,000.00 per month
