About the Role

We are looking for a motivated People and Culture (OJT) to support our Talent Acquisition team in day-to-day operations. This training provides hands-on exposure to recruitment and HR administration in a professional corporate setting.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing

• Assist in creating posters and posting job openings on various platforms, ensuring that our vacancies reach a wider pool of potential candidates.
• Support our sourcing activities by identifying potential candidates through online platforms and databases.
• Creating posters and videos to post on various platforms to reach a wider pool of potential candidates.

Recruitment/Selection

• Assist and conduct initial screening of applications for team members, helping the team to shortlist suitable candidates for further assessment.
• Help schedule interviews, coordinate communication between candidates and interviewers, and ensure a smooth process.

Administrative

• Consolidating CVs based on experience and skill sets per business group of the candidate to ensure strong talent pool.
• Responsible for encoding candidate information into our trackers, ensuring that our database remains up-to-date and accurate.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program requiring OJT / Internship

(preferably Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related courses)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace
• Willing to learn and able to work in a team environment
