Business Development Manager is responsible for the long-term strategic expansion and growth of the business by identifying new leads and building partnerships.

Location: Kapitolyo, Pasig City

Store Concepts: UCC Coffee Philippines, Mitsuyado Sei-Men, Coco Ichibanya, MOS Burger Philippines, SK Dining Concepts Inc., UCC Xpresso, Yamato Cafe and Tendon Kohaku

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of related experience as a Business Development Manager.
  • Preferably with background in Food & Beverages Industry - Restaurant Operations.
  • With deep expertise in lease negotiations, contract management and stakeholder management.
  • Should have strong track record and extensive relationship with leading mall operators nationwide.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • A proactive, hands-on attitude with flexibility to travel regularly.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php75,000.00 per month
