This role protects fairness, confidentiality, morale, and process quality while enabling high-volume, multi-branch HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Company Recruitment Page Management

· Manage the Company HR Recruitment Page

· Maintain and update job listings

· Refresh postings proactively to maintain talent inflow

· Proactively source and hire candidates

2. Recruitment & Screening

· Initial resume screening and shortlisting

· Conduct reference checks and validate requirements

· Endorse qualified applicants to Head HR

· Coordinate interviews with owners and department leads

· Support hiring for senior and office support roles

3. Employee Relations (ER) & Labor Discipline

· Mediate staff concerns and conflicts

· Ensure due process and neutrality

· Document and archive Incident Reports (IR) and investigations

· Assist IR hearings, staff interviews, and case summaries

· Maintain confidentiality and fairness at all times

4. Contracts & HR Records

· Prepare and process:

· employment contracts

· probation and renewal letters

· salary adjustment notices (approvalbased)

· Secure signatures and maintain organized digital + physical filing

· Track probation windows, contract expirations, renewals, and regularization timelines

· Keep compliance tracker ready for HR audits

5. Onboarding & Offboarding

· Execute onboarding:

· HR orientation

· handbook and policy signing

· benefits briefing

· role expectations alignment

· scheduling and deployment

· Maintain checklists and certification logs

· Conduct offboarding:

· exit interviews

· turnover documentation

· clearance and record closure

6. Attendance, Timekeeping & Staffing Movement

· Oversee timekeeping accuracy per store

· Monitor attendance trends: absence, tardiness, leave balances

· Manage leave credits and shift logs

· Support fair staff reassignments or transfers

· Align staffing movement with store managers for fairness

7. Payroll Support (Admin & Adjustments)

· Prepare payroll updates (approval-based):

· overtime

· allowances

· rent/lodging deductions

· HMO deductions (when enrolled)

· incentives and salaries movement

· Draft payroll change memos for routing approval

· Flag payroll variance if any

· Maintain accurate and confidential salary-band alignment data

8. Performance Evaluations & Growth Planning

· Support HR cycles:

· monthly KPI summaries

· quarterly and annual reviews

· leadership evaluations for key hires

· Consolidate performance data from stores and commissary
