Contract Medical Sales Representative jobs

About the Role

We are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist with direct experience in medical or healthcare lead generation. The ideal candidate will be skilled at turning cold leads into warm opportunities and signed contracts, with a strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and healthcare terminology.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified healthcare leads.
• Qualify prospects, nurture relationships, and schedule appointments or product demonstrations.
• Consistently follow up with potential clients and move leads through the sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, lead status, and pipeline updates in HubSpot CRM.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support lead generation and business growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in healthcare or medical lead generation, outbound sales.
• Strong cold calling, prospecting, and follow-up skills with a track record of converting leads into qualified opportunities.
• Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and healthcare terminology (highly preferred).
• Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
• Proficient in email outreach and social media prospecting (LinkedIn, Instagram, X).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Job Type: Full-Time (40 hrs/week, EST)
Location: Remote (US-Based Client)
Salary: $5–7/hour

Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php65,000.00 per month
