Role Description

We are looking for a creative and detail oriented Graphic Designer to support our beauty brand’s visual identity across digital and offline platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging and on-brand designs that enhance marketing campaigns, social media presence, and overall brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing designs for social media, e-commerce, and marketing campaigns (e.g., banners, posters, ads, and promotional materials)
• Develop creative concepts aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
• Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and operations teams to execute design requirements
• Ensure consistency of brand visuals across all platforms
• Edit and retouch images for product listings and promotional use
• Stay updated with current design trends, especially in the beauty and cosmetics industry
• Support campaign launches, product releases, and seasonal promotions
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the beauty, fashion, FMCG industry or Any fast paced industry
• Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva (Adobe Premiere or After Effects is a plus)
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work, especially for digital platforms
• Good understanding of branding, layout, typography, and color theory
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple projects
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Detail oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php28,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
