Job Title: General Worker

Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable General Worker to assist with daily operational and site activities. The candidate will perform general labor duties, support the team as needed, and handle basic administrative or computer-related tasks when required.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform general labor and support work as assigned by the supervisor.
• Assist with loading, unloading, moving, and organizing materials and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work area.
• Assist skilled workers, engineers, supervisors, and other team members with daily tasks.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and instructions at all times.
• Report any unsafe conditions, damaged equipment, or workplace concerns to the supervisor.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
• Assist with basic office or administrative tasks when needed.
• Use a laptop or computer for basic work-related tasks.
• Prepare, encode, and update simple documents using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Maintain and organize basic records, reports, or files.

Qualifications

• At least high school graduate.
• Previous experience as a General Worker or in construction/site work is an advantage.
• Physically fit and willing to perform manual labor.
• Able to follow instructions and work well with a team.
• Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn.
• Basic knowledge of using a laptop or computer is preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel is an advantage.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
