Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and knowledgeable IT Staff to manage and support the company’s computer systems, network infrastructure, hardware, software, and other technology-related operations. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and capable of troubleshooting technical concerns efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, CCTV systems, and network devices
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, internet, and network issues
• Provide technical support to employees regarding IT-related concerns
• Perform system maintenance, updates, and backups
• Monitor and maintain biometric devices, POS systems, and other operational equipment
• Manage user accounts, email setup, and system access permissions
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and technical assets
• Coordinate with third-party technicians or service providers when needed
• Ensure data security and confidentiality of company information
• Respond quickly to technical issues to minimize downtime
• Perform other related tasks assigned by Management

Qualifications

• Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related course
• With experience in IT support, networking, or system maintenance is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in computer troubleshooting, networking, and hardware/software installation
• Familiarity with CCTV, printers, POS systems, and biometric devices is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Willing to do field and on-site technical support when necessary
• Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
