• Provide direct, hands-on technical support to end users at their desks for all types of desktop, laptop, and peripheral device issues.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and peripheral device problems.
• Provide support for faulty hardware, including the replacement of defective components (e.g., hard drives, RAM) or devices (e.g., keyboards, monitors) as
• Learn to conduct corrective maintenance activity for desktop, laptop and printers based on product maintenance guide
• Assist in product deployment and special projects
• Assist senior Desktop Support Engineers in performing field support activities.
• Perform personal research/study on emerging technologies
• Familiarize with the ISG Support Processes.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment while maintaining professionalism and superior customer service.
• Ability to communicate effectively both written and orally with end-users, management, and peers.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Good in oral and written communication.
• Basic knowledge in desktop hardware set-up & maintenance
• Knowledgeable in Windows (8,10) operating system and MS Office Suite
• Basic knowledge in Local Area Networking (LAN)
• Must be willing to support different areas in South NCR.
• Must be willing to extend overtime, during weekends/holidays as needed.
