Computer Cafe jobs

Job description:

1. Serving to customers with sincere and warm approach.

2. Help customers with the use of computers and applications.

3. Respond to customers who encounter error messages from accessing sites, emailing or downloading content.

4. Assist customers with downloads, printing, and encoding.

5. Monitor use of computers to ensure compliance with café policies and applicable laws and regulations.

6. Troubleshoot hardware, terminals, software and connectivity issues.

7. Track customers’ time at computer terminals.

8. Report improper or illegal use of supervisors or law enforcement as required by law or company policy.

9. Fill orders for food or beverages.

10. Clean computer areas and eating tables.

11. Promote computer or Internet-related products or services.

12. Following the company rules and regulations that embody all procedures re: attendance, behavior etc. and the sanctions and penalty table as approved legally

13. Adhering to the Policy and Clearance Procedure of the company

14. Working with a strong sense of responsibility to achieve company goals and objectives.

Job Type: Full-time

Ability to commute/relocate:

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
