JOB DESCRIPTION

• Revises and/or designs communication strategy, principles and guidelines to ensure the most efficient delivery of information
• Defines annual plan and budget to support section, department, & company initiatives and goals.
• Ensures that all processes and practices adhere to all applicable laws, regulatory and customer requirements.
• Creates and conducts training on CnB matters based on established procedures.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be a graduate of any 4-year course,
• With 5 years related experience or 7 years in other areas of HR,
• With knowledge in labor laws
• With analytical skills, problem-solving skills and active listening skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
