Qualifications:

  • Completed at least 2 years in college, a college graduate, or a Senior High School graduate
  • No prior work experience required; training will be provided
  • Proficient in computer operations and Windows-based applications
  • Typing speed of at least 20 words per minute (WPM)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule
  • Amenable to onsite/office-based work arrangement
  • Eager to learn and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Available to start immediately

Responsibilities

  • Review and validate shipping instructions in accordance with established client agreements to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Process shipping instructions by accurately entering data into the system and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies or unclear information
  • Ensure timely preparation of complete and accurate bills of lading and other shipping-related documents
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy and compliance with company and client standards
  • Coordinate effectively with team members and clients to support smooth shipping operations
  • Identify and escalate issues that may impact processing timelines or document accuracy

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php21,000.00 per month
