What You Will Do *

  • Assemble aerospace components and sub-assemblies according to 2D engineering drawings and work instructions.
  • Perform manufacturing and assembly processes including sonic welding, riveting, screwing, chemical bonding, press fitting, and taping.
  • Inspect assembled parts to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with aerospace standards.
  • Handle tools, fixtures, and materials safely while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Support production and continuous improvement activities to meet operational goals and delivery schedules.
  • What You Will Learn
  • Hands-on experience in aerospace manufacturing and precision assembly.
  • Interpretation of 2D technical drawings and engineering specifications.
  • Practical skills in sonic welding, riveting, fastening, bonding, and press-fit assembly techniques.
  • Quality control practices and safety procedures used in the aerospace industry.
  • Team collaboration and problem-solving within a production environment.
  • Adheres to and participates in all EH&S practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others.

Qualifications You Must Have *

  • Basic understanding of mechanical or manufacturing assembly processes.
  • Ability to read and follow 2D drawings and work instructions.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
