Job Description:
Assigned at [Mylk Cafe / Kinn Cafe / Other Coffee Shop], the Coffee Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages with consistency and care. Skilled in espresso calibration, handling coffee beans, managing inventory, cashiering, and minor cooking/baking, the barista ensures every drink and snack meets café standards. They provide excellent customer service, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and contribute to a welcoming and efficient café environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve espresso-based and other specialty coffee beverages according to café standards.
• Calibrate espresso machines to ensure consistent extraction and optimal taste.
• Handle coffee beans properly, including grinding, storing, and maintaining freshness.
• Perform minor cooking or baking tasks, such as preparing pastries or café snacks.
• Handle cashiering duties, including processing orders, payments, and issuing receipts accurately.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of coffee beans, milk alternatives, ingredients, and café supplies; assist in restocking as needed.
• Keep the bar area, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and sanitized.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly, welcoming environment.
• Follow standard operating procedures and uphold food safety and hygiene standards.
• Support team members to ensure smooth daily café operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php525.00 - Php540.00 per day
