Position: Stockman (Store-based)

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Stockman to support store operations by receiving, organizing, and stocking merchandise. This role is essential to maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring the sales floor and stockroom remain organized and well supplied. The ideal candidate is physically capable, efficient, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and process incoming merchandise shipments
• Stock and replenish merchandise on the sales floor and in back-of-house areas
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe stockroom
• Assist with inventory counts, audits, and stock transfers
• Ensure proper labeling, pricing, and placement of merchandise
• Support floor sets and merchandising changes as needed
• Follow safety guidelines, loss prevention procedures, and company policies
• Assist sales staff and management with merchandise requests

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous stock, warehouse, or retail experience preferred but not required
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Flexibility to work on shifting schedule (Opening, Midshift, Closing)
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
• Ability to climb ladders and safely use stockroom equipment
• Ability to perform repetitive stocking and lifting tasks
