Summary: Supports the operations by ensuring all deliveries are dispatched early and all stocks properly are completely delivered to accounts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensures that all trucks are dispatched on time
- Monitors daily delivery status of both company owned trucks and third-party truckers
- Ensures all proof of deliveries such as but not limited to Sales Invoice, Delivery Receipts, and Acknowledgement Receipts are remitted to office within the day
- Ensures that all drivers remits fuel receipts daily
- Coordinates to customers RDU for delivery issues and validations
- Coordinates with warehouse personnel for loading schedule
Qualifications:
- Graduate of 4-year business related course
- At least 6 months to 1-year work experience in logistics
- Computer Literate, Proficient in MS Excel, Good customer service skills
- Willing to work in nightshift and shifting schedule
