Full job description

Job Purpose

This job is responsible for the accurate implementation of Member's Healthcare benefit policy and focusing on utilization management and the delivery of superior customer service at all times

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Customer Experience

  • Handles queries/concerns received from walk-in members and through phone and documents accordingly thru designed tracker.
  • Issues printed/soft copy of Letter of Authority (LOA) for the corresponding types of availments ( consultation/procedures)
  • Facilitates addition/cancellation of membership as endorsed by HR
  • Facilitates release of ID cards to members
  • Assists members in filing claims for reimbursement
  • Encourages members feedback thru CSAT survey and resolve complaints/concerns otherwise escalate to superior for pressing issues
  • Provides VIP assistance if deemed necessary.

2. Utilization Management

  • Approves all availments up to P50,000
  • Strictly monitors all OP availments if within member’s benefit limit

3. Report Generation

  • EOD/WFH Summary
  • Complaints Tracker
  • Availment Concern Tracker

4. Others

  • On-time submission of Daily Time Record
  • Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
