General Objective: Primarily responsible for receiving and addressing customer chats and e-mails. Provide assistance based on the allowed support reflected on the client’s benefits administrations platform.

What are some of the responsibilities?

  • Clearly and professionally communicate to customers through live chat/email to provide needed information.
  • Follow chat/email flow, in adherence to the client standards.
  • Providing timely responses to chats/emails, in adherence to the client SLAs.
  • Accurately documenting all customer interactions according to procedures.
  • Communicating professionally with client counterparts and providing accurate information as made available through the resources and tools.

What are the ideal requirements?

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in customer relations, customer support, or a contact center setting
  • Knowledge in US healthcare insurance industry is an advantage.
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • This is a fixed-term project starting September 2026 until January 2027
  • Work Setup: Onsite | Night Shift | Ortigas CBD, Pasig City

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
