Job Overview:

Online Receptionist is responsible for overseeing virtual front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, managing guest inquiries, and coordinating the booking and payment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Check-In & Check-Out Management

  • Facilitate the check-in and check-out process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for guests.
  • Verify reservations, guest details, and payments through Cloudbeds and extranet systems.
  • Manage access control, including activating Salto key for physical key requests.
  • Encourage guests to use the self-check-in system as the primary check-in method.

2. Guest Support & Service

  • Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries via online reception channels.
  • Assist guests with ID verification, keycard issues, and the self-check-in procedure.
  • Ensure guests have access to self-service resources such as FAQs and automate support tools.

3. Booking & Payment Processing

  • Manage and verify guest reservations, extensions, and modifications across multiple platforms.
  • Process payments via Stripe or POS system ensuring proper collection of hotel collect payments.
  • Maintain payment logs and proper documentation for financial tracking.
  • Coordinate room moves, reservation adjustments, and upgrades based on operational requirements.

4. Operational Coordination & Emergency Handling

  • Monitor and respond to booking inquiries and guest messages on extranet platforms.
  • Coordinate with Community Managers and on-site staff to address urgent requests and emergencies.
  • Assist in handling basic OTA partner inquiries and collaborate with the revenue and hotel operation team.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Experience in hospitality, customer service, or related field

2. Background in hotel concierge, reception, or reservations is a plus.

3. Strong communication skills with the ability to handle guest interactions professionally.

4. Familiarity with booking systems (e.g., Cloudbeds, OTA platforms) and payment processing tools.

5. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

6. Preferably residing in Metro-Manila area

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
