To oversee clinical trials in compliance with regulatory protocols and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines. The role involves participant recruitment, data collection, and coordination with sponsors and investigators

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, health-related fields

  • Preferred Master’s degree in Clinical Research, Public Health, Nursing, or a related field

  • With 1-3 years of experience in clinical research, clinical trials

  • Experience in managing clinical trials or working within a clinical trial site

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple aspects of clinical trials simultaneously

  • Attention to detail, ensuring compliance with study protocols and regulatory guidelines

  • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines: Familiarity with FDA regulations and ICH guidelines for clinical trials

  • Effective communication with study sponsors, principal investigators, and clinical trial participants

  • Ability to identify issues during trials and coordinate solutions

  • Computer Literacy: Proficiency in clinical trial management systems (CTMS), electronic data capture (EDC) systems, and Microsoft Office

  • Experience in participant recruitment, consent procedures, and data collection

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
