The Retail Assistant Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a Brand Retail store, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, operational efficiency, and the delivery of an exceptional customer experience. This role requires strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a team of Retail Sales Experts, uphold high standards of store performance, and drive brand loyalty in alignment with AAI’s objectives.

The Retail Store Manager also ensures full compliance with operational, regulatory, and company standards, while managing inventory accuracy and financial transactions. Additionally, the Store Manager plays a critical role in executing partner programs, enhancing customer engagement, and providing business insights to optimize store performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php38,000.00 per month
