1. Job Opening & Requirements

• Position: Aircraft Mechanic (Airframe & Engine)
• Position type: Fixed-Term Contract / Regular employee
• Job Level: Junior to Senior Mechanic
• Location: Clark Freeport Zone, Philippines
• Probationary Period: 6 months

Responsibilities

• Perform Line Maintenance on aircraft.
• Disassemble, assemble, and replace parts for aircraft structures, engines, and systems.
• Execute technical directives and maintain accurate records in accordance with aircraft maintenance manuals (AMM, IPC, etc.).

Requirements

• Must hold a valid FAA A&P license or CAAP (Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines) Aircraft Mechanic License. (FAA certificate preferred)
• [Entry-Level] Candidates who have completed relevant internships or aviation maintenance training programs are preferred.
• [Experienced] Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in aircraft maintenance preferred. (For Senior/LAE positions, specific type ratings and experience will be evaluated accordingly).
• Immediate availability preferred

2. General Qualifications

• Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English is mandatory (ability to understand English Aircraft Maintenance Manuals [AMM] and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing). The interview process will be conducted in English. Fluency in Korean (both written and verbal) is highly preferred.
• Work Schedule: Must be willing and able to work day/night rotating shifts and overtime (OT) as required.
• Security Clearance: Must have a clean record and be eligible to secure an NBI Clearance and Clark International Airport (CRK) security access pass
• Position Type & Level: Determined based on the applicant’s experience, licenses, and internal evaluation.
• Salary Package: Commensurate with company regulations (Negotiable after the interview based on experience, licenses, and type ratings).
