1. Licensed Civil Engineer.

2. Knowledge of building systems such as civil works (masonry, carpentry), tracks and plumbing works.

3. Knowledge and experience in building facility construction and maintenance.

4. Preferably with at least one (1) year of work experience in building or property general maintenance management.

5. Knowledge in AutoCAD.

6. Ability to plan maintenance schedules for building systems.

7. Ability to identify issues and determine repairs that are needed.

Duties and responsibilities:

1. In charge of coordinating all the installation, maintenance, and repair work at buildings.

2. Oversee all repairs and ensure that work is completed on time.

3. Prepare maintenance schedules in line with the organization’s maintenance goals and monitor PM compliance.

4. Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work as per forecasted workloads.

5. Request and maintain all inventory of parts and consumables; keep an eye on materials and spare parts inventory.

6. Conduct follow-ups on all maintenance and repair work.

7. Prepare reports and documents related to building maintenance and repairs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php24,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

• Civil Engineering: 1 year (Preferred)
