Job Summary

We are seeking a competent and results-driven Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction operations on site. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all works are executed according to approved plans, specifications, timelines, and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise daily site construction activities
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, plans, and technical specifications
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular accomplishment and status reports
• Coordinate effectively with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Inspect and verify materials delivered on site to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Implement and enforce site safety policies and procedures at all times
• Assist in project scheduling, planning, and cost monitoring
• Maintain accurate site documentation and reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Licensed Civil Engineer (preferred but not required)
• Minimum of 1–3 years experience in construction or site supervision
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and project execution
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Willing to be assigned on-site and work in project locations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,500.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
