Job Overview

TEAMO is seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer with exceptional aesthetic judgment and strong technical drafting skills.

This is a design-focused role for a professional who can develop sophisticated interior concepts, create compelling 3D visualizations in SketchUp, and translate creative ideas into accurate architectural drawings, lighting plans, and detailed shop drawings.

The ideal candidate combines refined design taste with the technical ability to deliver complete, organized drawing packages for interior fit-out and custom fabrication projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-end interior design concepts, spatial layouts, material palettes, color schemes, and overall aesthetic direction.
• Create detailed 3D models and visual presentations using SketchUp.
• Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, reflected ceiling plans, and complete architectural drawing sets.
• Develop comprehensive lighting plans, fixture layouts, switching plans, and lighting specifications.
• Produce accurate shop drawings for custom furniture, cabinetry, joinery, millwork, and interior fit-outs.
• Translate approved design concepts into clear and organized technical documentation using AutoCAD or Revit.
• Coordinate design details with contractors, suppliers, fabricators, and other project stakeholders.
• Review drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy, functionality, and consistency with the approved design.
• Select suitable finishes, materials, fixtures, furniture, and lighting elements.
• Maintain design quality and close attention to detail throughout all project stages.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong aesthetic sense and a refined understanding of modern interior design.
• Excellent knowledge of color theory, materials, finishes, furniture selection, and spatial composition.
• Expert proficiency in SketchUp for concept development and 3D spatial visualization.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit for architectural drafting and technical documentation.
• Strong experience producing floor plans, elevations, sections, reflected ceiling plans, lighting layouts, and shop drawings.
• Solid understanding of interior lighting principles, fixture selection, placement, and specifications.
• Knowledge of architectural drawing standards and interior fit-out construction details.
• Ability to develop accurate joinery, millwork, cabinetry, and custom furniture details.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple project deliverables.
