OFFICE STAFF

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Office Staff member to handle incoming phone calls, communications, greet clients and visitors, and manage files, paperwork, and other documents. The role also includes performing general office duties and errands as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering incoming phone calls and managing communications

Greeting clients and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor

Managing office files and updating paperwork

Handling various administrative tasks

Performing errands and other general office duties
