Job Summary

We are looking for a Training Specialist to design, develop, and implement effective training programs that support employee growth and organizational development.

Qualifications

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field

Work Experience:

Preferably with background in:

  • Education
  • Curriculum Development
  • Instructional Design,
  • or any related fields

Skills and Competencies:

  • Knowledgeable in training/program design and development
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
  • Highly organized with strong task prioritization abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Collaborative and able to work effectively with teams
  • Capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently
  • Strong personality with good professional judgment and initiative
