Job Summary

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing activities across various channels. The ideal candidate will assist with campaigns, social media content, promotional activities, and marketing reports while helping strengthen our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Support the creation and coordination of marketing materials and social media content.
• Manage and update social media platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, influencers, and external partners.
• Assist in organizing events, product launches, and other marketing initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research.
• Maintain organized records of marketing activities, materials, and expenses.
• Stay updated with current marketing trends and social media developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Filipino-Chinese applicants preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in marketing, social media management, content creation, or campaign coordination is an advantage.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City.
