Job Summary

The Kitchen Helper supports the kitchen team by assisting in food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, organizing ingredients and supplies, and ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently while following food safety and sanitation standards.

Location:

• SM Megamall, Mandaluyong City
• Opus Mall, Quezon City

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in basic food preparation and ingredient handling.
• Wash, clean, and sanitize kitchen utensils, equipment, and workstations.
• Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and stocked at all times.
• Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing food supplies.
• Dispose of waste properly and maintain cleanliness in all kitchen areas.
• Support cooks and kitchen staff during food preparation and service.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least a High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate.
• With experience as a Kitchen Helper in a Chinese restaurant or any restaurant.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation and kitchen sanitation practices.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
