Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Chinese Chef to join our growing restaurant group! If you have solid experience in Chinese cuisine and are ready to work in a fast-paced, multi-branch environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook authentic Chinese dishes (Cantonese, Szechuan, etc.)
- Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation across branches
- Supervise and train kitchen staff
- Assist in menu development and improvements
- Monitor inventory and minimize food waste
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with food safety standards
- Support kitchen operations for new store openings
Job Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chinese Chef (restaurant or hotel)
- Strong knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques and ingredients
- Experience handling a team in a busy kitchen
- Willing to be assigned to different branches if needed
- Culinary training/certification is a plus
