We are looking for passionate and experienced culinary professionals:
HEAD CHEF
- Strong experience in restaurant kitchen operations and leadership
- Skilled in Filipino cuisine; experience in modern Filipino cuisine is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of food costing, inventory, portion control, and kitchen standards
- Can lead, train, and develop the kitchen team
- Quality-driven, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
KITCHEN TEAM
- Line Cook
- Prep Cook
- Kitchen Staff
- Utility / Dishwasher
Qualifications:
- Restaurant or professional kitchen experience is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and proper kitchen procedures
- Hardworking, reliable, and a team player
- Passionate about food and committed to quality
- Willing to be assigned in Alabang, Muntinlupa
Location: Cochi Alabang
