WAITRESS

• Attend to all customer needs
• Greet customers, present menus, and explain daily specials to customers
• Take food and beverage orders from customers
• Relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen staff
• Carry trays of food or drinks from the kitchen to the dining tables
• Take payments from customers

CASHIER

• Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.
• Issue receipts, credits, or changes due to customers.
• Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
• Establish or identify prices of goods, services or admission, and tabulate bills using calculators, cash registers, or optical price scanners.

PANTRY

• Checks supplies in pantry areas and restocks items to ensure a sufficient supply throughout the shift.
• Must be able to assist in product inventory and ordering.
• Maintain pantry areas in clean and orderly manner.
• Attention to details and fast-efficient service is required.

The selected candidate will focus on one primary role based on their strengths and business requirements.

QUALIFICATION:

• Hotel & Restaurant Management Graduate or any related course.
• College-level qualifications are acceptable for this position.
• 1-2 years of restaurant experience is acceptable for candidates with strong potential.
• Experience in any one of the three areas (waitress, cashier, or pantry) is sufficient for this position.
• Active listening and effective communication skills
• Willing to be assign in all our branches (PODIUM MANDALUYONG, SHANGRI-LA PLAZA SHAW MANDALUYONG, SM AURA TAGUIG, POWER PLANT MALL ROCKWELL MAKATI, ROBINSON PLACE MANILA, ALABANG TOWN CENTER, FESTIVAL MALL ALABANG)
• Candidates will be assigned to one specific location based on operational requirements.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mandaluyong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• relevant: 2 years (Preferred)
