Key Responsibilities

• · Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• · Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
• · Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality service.
• · Attend to customer requests and resolve concerns courteously.
• · Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• · Set up and clear tables before and after service.
• · Assist with opening and closing dining area procedures.
• · Follow food safety, sanitation, and restaurant service standards.
• · Perform other front-of-house duties as assigned.

Job Requirement/Qualification

• Preferably College Level (completed 2 years) or College Graduate.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is an advantage.
• Knowledge of POS is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, courteous, and customer-oriented.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills is an advantage.
• With Japanese Resto experience is an advantage.
• Must be available to start ASAP.

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php24,000.00 per month
