About the Role

The Foreign Accounts Executive (Chinese-Speaking) is responsible for managing and developing relationships with Chinese-speaking clients, partners, and stakeholders. This role serves as a key liaison between the company and international accounts, ensuring effective communication, client satisfaction, and business growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with Chinese-speaking clients and business partners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for foreign accounts and inquiries.
• Coordinate client requirements with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and account-related documentation.
• Assist in identifying new business opportunities and expanding international accounts.
• Conduct regular client follow-ups and provide account status updates.
• Translate and interpret business communications, documents, and correspondence when necessary.
• Monitor account performance and ensure client satisfaction.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and market insights for management.
• Support negotiations and business meetings with foreign clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in account management, client relations, sales, business development, or international business is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work effectively with multicultural teams and international clients.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Experience in construction, engineering, logistics, or industrial services is an advantage.
