We are looking for a highly skilled, proactive, and leadership-ready Assistant Chief Engineer. As the second-in-command of our Property Operations and Engineering department, you will ensure our facility remains safe, efficient, and pristine. What You’ll Do (The Day-to-Day Excitement):

• Second-in-Command: Work hand-in-hand with the Chief Engineer to oversee daily engineering operations, managing a skilled team of technicians, electricians, and plumbers.
• Preventive Guardian: Implement and supervise the hotel’s Preventive Maintenance Program (PMP) to ensure HVAC systems, boilers, generators, plumbing, and electrical grids run at peak efficiency.
• Rapid Responder: Manage the engineering log and ensure guestroom maintenance requests (hot water issues, AC adjustments) are resolved swiftly and with a hospitality-first attitude.
• Project Supervisor: Oversee minor renovations, equipment installations, and contractor movements on-site, ensuring all work meets strict safety and 4-star luxury standards.
• Efficiency Champion: Monitor energy and water consumption, proposing sustainable, cost-effective solutions to reduce our environmental footprint.
• Safety Leader: Ensure absolute compliance with local building codes, fire safety regulations, and OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• The Foundation: Registered Mechanical Engineer (ME) or Electrical Engineer (EE). A valid professional license (PRC) is highly preferred.
• The Experience: At least 3–5 years of engineering experience in property management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role within a 4/5-star hotel or high-end commercial building.
• The Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of building management systems (BMS), centralized air conditioning (chillers), fire detection and alarm systems (FDAS), and plumbing/electrical distribution.
• The Leadership Style: Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. You know how to motivate a technical team and handle high-pressure emergency situations calmly.

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
